I am a graduate of the three year training program at The American Center for the Alexander Technique (ACAT) in New York City. I completed my training  in 1987 and I have been teaching in Seattle since 1988.  I am a member of the American Society of the Alexander Technique (AmSAT).

My first introduction to the Alexander Technique came about in the early 80’s when I attended the Circle in the Square Professional Actor Training Program in NYC.  My interest and commitment grew from there and I have pursued both acting and teaching here in Seattle ever since.
